D&D Contractors was established in 1991. With excellent service and quality of work we have grown into a well-established and recognised business. We are based in Durban and provide service throughout Kwazulu Natal including Ballito, Stanger, Richards Bay, Pietermaritzburg, Port Shepstone, Newcastle and Ladysmith.

With years of experience working with eThekwini Water Services undertaking the laying of Main laying (water piping, hydrants, valves, tie-ins) and Steel main laying (welding, fabricating of steel piping), D&D Contractors saw a niche market for trenchless technology, not only for utility services but for the growing infrastructure of the Telecommunication market as well.
This led D&D Contractors breaking into the Horizontal/Directional Drilling market and later the Civil and Installation market for the underground Fibre Optic Network.
